All purchases of pre-recorded self-study CEU course bundles are subject to this refund policy. By purchasing the bundle, you agree to these terms.

Participants who have not accessed any portion of any course included in the bundle may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Once any course or course material within the bundle has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, the bundle is considered accessed and is no longer eligible for a standard refund due to immediate access to digital educational materials.

Refunds will not be issued because a participant does not complete one or more courses, fails a required post-test, or does not meet course completion requirements. Certificates and continuing education credit are awarded only after the requirements of the applicable individual course have been successfully completed.

If a verified technical problem prevents access to purchased course materials, Bloom Clinical Learning will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be issued as appropriate.

Participants who believe an individual course did not meet its stated learning objectives may submit a written complaint within 7 days of completing that course for review. A partial or full refund may be granted at the discretion of Bloom Clinical Learning based on the circumstances.
