We offer both live trainings (virtual) and self-paced, on-demand courses. The format is always indicated before registration.

Yes. Full attendance and completion of all required components—including evaluations and assessments—are required to receive CEUs. Partial credit is not permitted.

Some courses require a brief post-training assessment to confirm learning, in accordance with regulatory standards. Any required assessments will be clearly noted before registration.

CEU certificates are issued electronically after all course requirements have been completed and verified. Most certificates are sent within a few business days.

You are responsible for retaining your CEU records. Most licensing boards recommend keeping certificates for at least six years.

To meet CEU requirements, participants must attend the full training. Late arrivals or early departures may result in ineligibility for CEUs.

If an assessment is required and not successfully completed, CEUs will not be issued. In some cases, participants may be given an opportunity to retake the assessment.

Yes. We offer customized CEU trainings for agencies, group practices, and organizations. Group rates may be available.

All registration fees for continuing education (CEU) courses must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Live Trainings (In-Person or Virtual):
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled training will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee or a full credit toward a future training.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another eligible training or attendee with prior written approval.
On-Demand / Self-Paced Courses:
Due to immediate access to course materials, no refunds are issued once an on-demand course has been accessed or started.
No-Shows:
Participants who do not attend a live training or fail to complete course requirements are not eligible for refunds or CEUs.
Course Changes or Cancellations by Provider:
If a training is cancelled or rescheduled by the provider, registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another training.
CEU Eligibility:
Refunds will not be issued if a participant is unable to earn CEUs due to incomplete attendance, failure to complete required evaluations, or licensing board eligibility.
